Sheet Metal Work. Back
Sheet fabrication can easily be accomplished using several of our Chicago Press Beaks and Allsteel Shears. Any custom work including HVAC, Material Transfer and Dust Collection systems can be fabricated and installed.
 Mill and Plant Maintenance. Back
Quality Machine and Fabrication, provides the necessary onsite personnel with the skills and knowledge to maintain all types of manufacturing equipment and machinery. By allowing QM&F to supply your maintenance needs, additional profits will be realized based on increased production time and fewer break downs.

Quality Machine and Fabrication, through the years, has acquired extensive knowledge of each of the manufacturing and production industries that reside in their area of operation, knowledge that extends to their equipment, their function and maintenance, allowing QM&F to perform Installation or Uninstallation of equipment, Repair of damaged equipment, Maintenance upgrades, Parts or components fabrication of no longer available or hard to get items, General Welding for repairs or modifications and polishing all with minimum impact on everyday production.
 Contract Labor. Back
Quality Machine and Fabrication can easily supply all of your small or large staffing needs for qualified mechanical personnel. QM&F has supplied contract that can last one day, one month, one year or indefinitely. You pay only for the hours our technical contractor works. You will receive weekly invoices, itemized for project cost accounting. When the work is complete, you can assign our contractor new projects, request another person for other projects or send the contractor back to QM&F.

Manufacturing Capabilities. Back
All Fabrication services take place in our 25,000 square feet facility located in LaFayette, GA just 20 minuets outside Chattanooga, TN.
Quality Machine and Fabrication has the necessary equipment and facilities to manufacture customer machinery of any size, with easy delivery via Interstate Highways or Rail Car.
Fabrication can be done from one (1) to thousands of pieces, using our Mazak VTC-16B and QT20 CNC Milling and Turning Machinery. Large parts are are not a problem at QM&F we can easily handle large pieces using our in house crane/trolley system. Large Rolls can be manufactured or resurfaced using our Clausing Bovia SUS Lathe which can accept material up to 26.5’ between centers.
